Great culture and work enviornment - Manager Raptor Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

There was huge growth opportunity for those willing to take the risk of going with a startup pharmaceutical company. Taking a company commercial for the first time is a super learning experience. The company really made an effort to treat their employees well. Everyone was keenly focused on putting good systems into place and continuously improving the systems we had.

It was hard sometimes to coordinate across the company since everyone was so focused on their own areas. The amount of uncertainty in the future made it difficult to develop and pursue certain kinds of long-term objectives.

The commercial group employs some of the smartest, hard-working, down-to-earth, caring people I've ever met. Truly a joy to work with everyone in this organization. Love the dogs and hope they remain part of the culture. Benefits are fantastic! The CEO is smart, personable, compassionate and devoted to the company, employees and patients - she is an incredible person.

Morale is not the best. Navigating change/growth is hard in any organization.
