Pros

The pay is high but they try to get it as low as they can

Cons

OSHA violations are expected of you on the regular The owners are your direct bosses and do not , I’ll repeat do not care about your health or your safety. You will receive little to no trading and be expected to clean out crawlspaces and attics at any time of the year . Snow or shine your working and maybe even on a roof . They have like 6 employees and 4 are under 21 years old the owners like it that way because they can control them and have no threat of employees taking the customers. They will give you no transparency just tell you what customers house to be and and to figure it out . Jim Lucas is the worst boss I have ever had and I was in the military
