Autonomy on projects and immediate client exposure with verbal recognition within the business for good performance. Some degree of flexibility to work with brands that align with your interests. Some decent managers who care about wellbeing.
Cons
Senior leadership team have different expectations for different people. Textbook toxic culture at times (but not beyond the standard agency norm). Quite a high employee turnover rate with many not passing probations. Very hierarchical structure and cliquey teams. No home working kit or budget provided.
