      Flexi timings. Very less work.. Sometimes no work at all.. No dress code.. High Pay

      Cons

      Very unstable company. Frequent lay-off. Poor marketing stratergies. Hike and Promotion are not based on performance. Very less options to switch teams. If you are not satisfied with your team lead/manager. The only option you have is quit the company
