Poor hiring processes Basically no leadership, just some clumsy managers. Very negative environment, "cut throat" and abusive approach Very inneficient work culture, long hours with low productivity. Lots of manual work (uncommon for a "tech" company). People staying in office waiting to punch the clock Very burocratic and politized organization. Lack of strong strategy. Just random emergencies and different priorities every week.
