This is a worst company with worst work culture and worst HR practices. The management is worst. They don't know how to run a company. There is no job security at all in this company. Whenever management wants they can send people out. Management is very arrogant. They think that employees can be hired whenever they want and fired whenever they want at their own wish. The attitude of management is totally negative and not at all employee friendly. So don't join this company. Otherwise you will regret. You will have the shock of your life if you join this company. This is a worst company with zero job security. The employee can be terminated anytime based on the mood of the management This is not the right company for your growth. DONOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. VERY BIG RED FLAG

Nothing much waste company with waste management

The work culture at this company is extremely unpredictable and difficult to work in. Based on my personal experience, the environment lacked stability, professionalism, and structured processes. Here are the challenges I faced: ❗ 1. Very low job security Employees frequently felt uncertain about their continuity. Sudden decisions with little to no explanation made the environment tense and stressful. ❗ 2. Inconsistent HR and management practices Policies were unclear, communication was inconsistent, and expectations kept changing. There was no proper structure in place, leading to confusion across teams. ❗ 3. Highly reactive and unpredictable work culture Work-life balance was severely affected due to sudden demands, unclear instructions, and last-minute decisions. Proper planning and transparency were missing in several areas. ❗ 4. Employee concerns not addressed effectively Issues raised with HR or management did not receive timely or structured responses. Employees often felt unsupported or unheard. ❗ 5. Not aligned with standard industry practices Compared to other companies I’ve worked with, the internal culture here felt significantly below professional norms. Stability and structured HR processes were lacking. Advice to Management: Strengthen HR policies, create transparent processes, improve communication, and focus on employee stability and respect. A predictable and professional culture will help retain talent. Bottom line: If you value job security, clarity, professionalism, and a structured work environment, please evaluate carefully before accepting an offer here. Speak to multiple current and former employees to understand the culture fully.
