Pros

Everyone who was great has left RapidAI within the last 6 months. There is no product team left, no engineers left, no good sales folks left, no operations or customer success left, or leadership. Just bad co-founders, cSuite and Board.

Cons

1. Gender inequity on stock options, salary and titles 2. Worst leadership team Ive ever worked for in nearly 20 years. They are inexperienced and laden with misconduct. Most of the sales leaders have no sales experience or healthcare experience. The marketing team has no healthcare experience. The product team has little to no clinical experience, just software. 3. No business strategy, sales strategy, leadership skills or employee development. In my about 2 year experience, I never saw or heard of any strategy. 4. I’ve seen the worst unspeakable treatment to women hands down. Their regulatory team is extremely degrading to women and all employees. Narcissistic and untouchable. 5. If you are considering collecting a paycheck here, do not.

Pros

This is an awesome startup company born from a genuine clinical problem. It stands on its clinical backing time and again, rooted in trials that have real impact on patient outcomes, and provides deep clinical AI to customers. There's tons of room to grow personally and professionally, with new clinical solutions rolling out constantly to help our customers save lives faster. Leadership truly supports creativity in how we approach deals and rewards closing them with recognition and real opportunities to shine.

Cons

Like any startup, there are some single points of failure in key roles, which can mean figuring things out on the fly. But this wasn't unknown coming into the role, and honestly, it adds to the excitement of building something dynamic.
