In 2018 a new leadership team was brought in from outside the industry and they never really understood how the company operated. Since then the company has been mismanaged into near insolvency.
They've closed 1/3 of their locations, including their operations headquarters in AZ. They've fired, or forced resignations from a large amount of their experienced staff, and have a history of withholding pay.
This company went from the best employer I ever had to the worst. I doubt they'll still be in business in a few years.
