      Pros

      You gain fast-paced experience and learn to multitask under pressure.

      Cons

      The pressure never stops. Targets are unrealistic, and there’s little to no recognition for hard work. Communication from management is poor, and expectations change without warning. It creates a stressful and frustrating environment daily.
