Pros

Discounts on kit Great people

Cons

The company loves to parade around its support for mental health and uses cycling as a shiny distraction to appear progressive and caring. But when employees are genuinely struggling—when the stress, pressure, and burnout become overwhelming—management turns its back. There's no real support, just empty slogans. Instead of helping, they pile on more work, push harder, and watch people break under the weight. It’s hypocrisy, plain and simple. The message is clear: mental health matters here only when it makes for good PR. Behind closed doors, you're on your own.

Pros

Low traffic cafe, so there's a lot of down time if you're into that

Cons

management is poor. They should learn not to fuss over every little thing. Might save them a few inches on their hairline.
