Makes the most INAPPROPRIATE comments to employees. Respects NO ONE. Is MISERABLE and it shows. - TOXIC WORK CULTURE based on management’s need to MICRO MANAGE EVERYTHING in the office. There are cameras everywhere for a reason. - NO REAL HR to protect its employees. Go over managements head and they’ll make you regret it. - NO SALARY INCREASES. Management makes you feel like you don’t deserve one and are easily replaceable. - Diamond company but no background check? They are THAT CHEAP - NO CAREER GROWTH unless someone quits.
