Pros

What the company does, and the worker bees who do that work, are awesome.

Cons

EVERYTHING! Most miserable office I have ever had the misfortune to work. CEO/New-York Manager phones it in, struggles and blames everyone - a management style that LACKS vision, emotion, motivation or competence. A micro-management obsession focused on the tiniest of undocumented insignificant details, while IGNORING progress and 800-lb pink elephant problems, oblivious to the sinking-ship, incapable of providing any innovative vision of leadership. If you’ve had inspiring and kind leaders in the past – you won’t find it here. Perks? No perks. Kitchen is dirty and bare. “Coffee is for closers”, don’t worry! There is no coffee! - no snacks, no soft-drinks, no water cooler - and you're never told you were a “closer” anyway, only “you got lucky” – a gas-lighting “we closed that, you didn’t” – or, “what have you done for me lately? Not enough. Ever.” If you're talented enough to have them interview you, save yourself, do not work here - your talents will be ignored, insulted and wasted - zero appreciation for your previous experience or work - you'll be reinvented here as worthless; If I can save just 1 person....

Pros

The company has gone through some important management changes recently, both at the overall leadership level and within my division. These changes feel thoughtful and forward-looking, and they’ve already had a noticeable impact on communication, direction, and overall morale. There’s a stronger sense of organization and focus, and it feels like leadership is really listening and steering us toward growth.

Cons

Like any company going through transition, some processes are still being fine-tuned. Nothing major, just part of adjusting to new systems and ways of working.
