Disheartening - Anonymous employee Rant Employee Review

Really fast paced. Was able to be promoted within. My voice was heard.

Too many websites at once, not enough qualified people to manage all of them.

I love the interaction. I found the editors and the managers to be incredibly helpful to me in terms of improving my skills as a writer. I loved the ability to write what I wanted to write without editors going absolutely crazy if they disagreed with what I was saying.

The amount of articles I had to write per month to get paid was high, but 600 dollars a month didn't feel like alot. I didn't feel like I had a chance to make it as a career with this company. I didn't have enough time in a day to get everything done I needed to get done to really be a benefit to this company, not with kids, wife, and a full time job on top.
