      Pros

      Ransburg is one of those scout camps where the other staff really become family, and lifelong friends. The camp has lots of programs and plenty to do when your off your shift. The living situation and meals are okay, and being so close to Bloomington is nice for the weekends when campers are gone.

      Cons

      Management isn't always the greatest but hey, since when do you find a management team that everyone loves anyway?

      Pros

      Management is very ethical and treats you fairly. The kids really make the day fly by. Housing is provided.

      Cons

      If you're not in an adult housing area then it can get obnoxious from what I've heard. Like they say, you don't work at summer camp to get rich. You'll love what you do, but don't expect to be rolling in cash.
