      Pros

      I had been working with Ranks Digital Media for last 2+ years. I had gained experience on requirement gathering, handling different clients, delivering project work on deadlines, exploring new technologies and work ethics and culture etc.

      Cons

      I was having multi skills and was always a team member, but at times I was not given chance to try out new ideas and experiments.

      Healthy work environment, on time salary, awesome experienced team

      I didn't find anything but if they will more work with key guys then sure they can able to gain what they are expecting in coming future.
