Pros

I wasn’t there long enough to lose my sh/t

Cons

Warm and hot leads NOT provided as promised during interview 100% telemarketing work calling out of a cold database that’s already been worked over - nothing there Monthly quotas made up on the fly by management. Goal posts constantly moving. No chance of closing much of anything so quotas are completely unattainable and your OTE is fantasy Oh and they decided NOT to pay out monthly commission that was earned because they decided since a ridiculous quota wasn’t met, they shouldn’t have to pay for the closed deals that month. They failed to mention this at any point. Disgusting. Terrible training Non existent onboarding Was not introduced or given a mere tour of the floor. Had to find Administrator after 3 days on the job just to submit my payroll info! C’mon. Lies and deceit blanket this organization Morale is very low Nobody talks It is not a “big agency” as management keeps telling prospects and clients. There are maybe a dozen people there. Customers called to complain often and to cancel service citing poor service and no tangible results in revenue growth which is the whole point of this business. Terrible leadership and management I’ve been in sales for many years and this was the worst company and experience I’ve had. I cannot tolerate unethical and perhaps illegal behaviour and practices

Pros

RankWorks is a true performance-based environment. As a BDR, the path to hitting quota is very clear if you put in the work. The leads are there, expectations are defined, and management focuses heavily on activity and results. If you’re disciplined, coachable, and willing to grind, you can stay on target and grow your skills quickly. It’s a solid place to learn outbound, pipeline management, and how to consistently hit numbers.

Cons

This is not a place to coast. If you don’t put in the effort or consistently perform, it becomes obvious fast, and people who don’t work tend to leave. The pressure to hit quota is real, and the role can feel intense if you’re not comfortable in a high-accountability sales environment.

Pros

Free and easy parking, that’s pretty much it.

Cons

- A dead end job - False promises - Poor leadership with no direction - It's a call center job not a Account Manager position
