Pros

They are situated in a beautiful building.

Cons

My headline should suffice. Like one of the former employees said, it feels more like a telemarketing job. You need to call them nonstop and leave a VM- and even though I was able to get 2 people on the phone ( since no one answers their calls) I was let go because I didn't hit quota ( wtv that means in a 2 week time span) What a joke. What waste of my time and efforts. I double down on everything that person said. No one talks to you because they know you are there to clean their CRM and leave -

Pros

RankWorks is a true performance-based environment. As a BDR, the path to hitting quota is very clear if you put in the work. The leads are there, expectations are defined, and management focuses heavily on activity and results. If you’re disciplined, coachable, and willing to grind, you can stay on target and grow your skills quickly. It’s a solid place to learn outbound, pipeline management, and how to consistently hit numbers.

Cons

This is not a place to coast. If you don’t put in the effort or consistently perform, it becomes obvious fast, and people who don’t work tend to leave. The pressure to hit quota is real, and the role can feel intense if you’re not comfortable in a high-accountability sales environment.

Pros

Free and easy parking, that’s pretty much it.

Cons

- A dead end job - False promises - Poor leadership with no direction - It's a call center job not a Account Manager position
