      Flexible schedule, friendly coworkers and casual environment

      Cons

      This company claims they've been around since 2005 and there's good reason they have survived. They rely on contractors who work part time, overseas and don't have comparable benefits to full time employees. You're not going to get meaning training or have opportunities to go up the ladder.
