Pros
It is a small company so you may be able to have a bit more say compared to other companies.
Cons
Bad place to work. As an intern, you are treated as if you do not matter. You do the dirty work, creating proposals for clients who aren't even clients yet- and the likelihood they become a client is very low. You are paid nothing, and expect to learn a lot. If you have any experience in marketing, the amount you will learn can be taught in a few hours, the rest is common sense. They say you get commission on clients who sign on because of your work- they do not ensure this as some of the other interns I worked with signed on clients and got zero commission. I ended up finishing my internship and felt like I learnt nothing and wasted my time.
