Pros
Salary is good. Hard working and friendly employees. Micromanaging is not an issue in general. Product concept is really good.
Cons
The current CEO is very immature from a business perspective. The company was handed over to him by his father (very smart man) on a silver platter and he simply does not know how to run it. He is so disconnected from the employees, never to be seen around. Decisions made at the top tier are not cascaded down effectively. The HR and QA departments are insanely huge for a company of this stage/size without a commercial product yet. Nepotism is prevalent in the company. Female engineers are talked down during the meetings by the Manager without any accountability just because he is related to the CEO. One of the female VP thought the company did a huge favor to an employee by keeping her job when she returned back from the maternity leave. She made jokes and laughed at other employees who had a stutter or were not fluent in English. Working over the weekends is thought to be normal.
