Depending on the boss he can be difficult to work for. My boss tried to degrade me whenever he would get mad at me. If they get mad for anything you won't be able to work for days until they feel like letting you go back to work. You have to travel for work sometimes and do not get paid for it. Health insurance is a joke with them and that's about the only benefit they have. Your lucky if you get to take a lunch or if your working at a jobsite that actually has porta potties for employees to use.
