None, they will hire you if you have convictions. Just don't miss a minute to go see your probation officer or they will jack you in a heartbeat.

Cons

They charge you for all your training, even safety training. Work you like a dog in the worst conditions, and pay only $10 an hour.

Operations manager would personally stand up for you.

Cons

They have to many in experience employee's which makes it hard to complete tasks in a timely fashion.. unless you over work yourself.
