Pros

Ranger Design provides opportunity for SUCCESS for people that are motivated by continuous improvement, being held accountable for achieving results, teamwork and working in a non political atmosphere where bringing out the best in others is the way to get ahead. Employees are the most valued asset here and those that demonstrate high potential get advanced quickly. Employees are expected to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement. Monthly Incentive Rewards make everyone see that their efforts do pay off.

Cons

There aren't any. The expectations are high, and performance is measured by the results achieved. This is a company where high achievers flourish and persons that aren't interested in contributing do not fit the culture. Some people will not do well in a culture of "More is Possible".

Pros

If you want a job that you shouldn't try hard because they are still going to give you the same review as the rest because management doesn't really pay attention. It's a favoritism game. Management pays more attention to the bad employees, and praises them when they do the bare minimum. If you want to get noticed just barely do your job and mess up a bunch. After that they will see anything as improvement. Also any small mistakes are scrutinized and immediately reported to management and if they don't like you they will make your work experience terrible.

Cons

Management treats bad workers better than good ones. Bad workers get the same pay as the good ones because management isnt paying attention as long as things are going well and they admit it too. If they know you will work for less they will take advantage of that. When it is busy they will sacrifice their employees mental and physical health for the customers experience. They use their policy of taking accountability for your actions as an excuse for their own poor communication and a reason to kick you out of their group without actually saying they are kicking you out of their group and don't bother trying to do better after that it's not worth it.
