Pros
Great co-workers (other PMs, estimating and accounting departments). Senior Managers give support and give room to work. Employees are given state-of-the-art tools and equipment to use.
Cons
Travel is sometimes far, but you have to go to where the projects are built. More flexibility to move between Divisions in Florida or other states.
