Pros
It was a great company until they decided to require complete violation of your privacy as a condition of employment. It had a good work life balance, something they are apparently aiming to change by wanting you looking at your email while they watch 24/7/365. Pay is in line with the industry. Good people from the regional level down.
Cons
You are told that you are required (as in terminated if you say no) to download software onto your personal phone that they do not provide which allows them access to your personally owned device and feel entitled to do so because they give you a little cell phone allowance that you are told you can not decline toward the monthly service but again pay absolutely none of the purchase. I don’t even have, need or want email on my phone because I have a portable computer they gave me. Do not ever work for this company!!! As soon as I get the clear to start from the offer I accepted this week I’m gone. Unless they make good on the threat to fire me for not giving them access to my personal cell phone containing all my personal photos, messages with family and friends unrelated to work sent outside of work hours, banking information, and protected health records. I had truly planned to make this company my long-term career but now I feel guilty for each person I referred to work here! I can’t undo that I recruited people here, all I can do is try to warn others to stay away as atonement.
