Corporate nonsense - Sales Associate Range USA Employee Review

Corporate structure and rules are ridiculous. This is my biggest complaint. It's bad. If you work here be sure to read the hundreds of pages of the employee handbook before you start to make sure you really think it's worth it. Employees are pretty much all treated like interchangeable crappy Legos. Pay is absolutely horrid for everyone under the store manager. On your feet your entire shift and breaks can be hard to come by.
