Pros

Range really does offer a good hourly pay if you don't have a degree. They offer shift differential, holiday pay and regular raises. Also, because it is a fast-paced environment, your days go by very fast. Promotes team work and positive relationships across all departments and amongst all employees. Many of their customers have been with the company for many years and therefore really appreciate the employees. Extensive training process gives you all of the tools you need to be a good operator. Caters to college students and will work with your schedule.

Cons

No room for advancement outside of being a supervisor unless someoen retires or leaves the company. Very hard to get time off even when you have paid vacation time. Unrealistically expensive health insurance for the overall salary that employees in the answering service make. Very strict tardiness and ebsence policies. High turnover rate.
