Everything. Initially the job was very nice and they tell you all about their amazing benefits, their “family” environment and all these events they do throughout the year. However none of these even begin to compensate for the time you will waste and wish you had found a REAL company that actually cares about you. There is BLATANT favoritism especially when it comes to higher ups and whoever they find themselves fond of. They are especially not fond of giving performance raises and they will punish you for not going to department dinners in your reviews. They will throw you responsibilities that were never aligned in your job description or even department for that matter and expect you to do those with no compensation. Their requests for time off or work from home requests are obviously up to their discretion or rather whether they like you or not, or if you’re one of their little “friends.” They claim they do all these fun events but most are based as a popularity contest, especially their end of the year event. You should not expect to get any recognition from any peers or higher ups especially if you are in their accounting department, Tron/online product specialists or retail store. Beware of this company because you will regret wasting your professional career here. There is no advancement, no assistance, and certainly no “family environment” here as they claim. They have a high turnover rate for a reason, take heed.
