GSM leads through fear, intimidation, and punishment instead of coaching or support • Mandatory 8:15am arrival 45 minutes before 9:00am opening, including during ice and snow, with discipline for those who cannot safely commute • Double standards and favoritism are openly practiced; accountability is selective • Unprofessional behavior at the management level is tolerated and normalized • New hires are routinely denied essential tools (leads, system access, logins), directly harming performance and pay • Communication is poor, exclusionary, and retaliatory • Sales culture prioritizes control and obedience over results, safety, and retention

Cons

full commission, Minis are more common than not, management tends to favoritise. Dog Eat Dog. No work-life balance
