Pros
The managers really care about helping their employees develop their skills. They fully support the notion that stronger players make a stronger team. There are always new opportunities to showcase your skills if you take the initiative. I am truly excited to come to the office each day. They do a great job of office events and parties. They use these events to celebrate individual employee accomplishments as well as inform its employees of the state of the company as well as the industry.
Cons
Employees are at times assigned too many tasks. This can be stressful at times, but it does make time fly.
