Pros
Comradery with other employees, its easy to make friends with coworkers since you are all going through the "struggle" together. There is a lot of talented people that work there and amazing things could happen if allowed.
Cons
Leadership only has Rancho experience not real world experience resulting in narrowminded decision making. Every decision seems like a new way to flex on the size of the school while church is suffering in attendance and little focus is given to growing the community of the church. There isn't a focus on building a long term culture, every culture change is short term and short lived. So many talented people have worked here and gone its sad to think of the amazing organization that could have been had they stayed and been allowed to grow with the organization. Top of the pyramid leadership is never on site only for short periods of time during the week to stir the pot.
