      Pros

      Can learn all CAD softwares . They dont stop you from learning after one year you would be skilled with CATIA UG and FiDES and the concepts of body in white fixtures Best part is job security Partiality does not exist Best part is Ranal might be one of the few companies that hires people with no CAD background and make them experts in a short span

      Cons

      Training needs to be more structured . The training sessions need to be monitored Need to work on employee benefits More onsite opportunities should be there .

      Pros

      Break in the career when all other chips are down...good learning experience,support from seniors. Good place to work at entry level but after sometime there is no recognition of your work..

      Cons

      Recognition was not there,so they should trey to recognize the talent.. Compensations are also not balanced...there is no ethical way of working with in HR
