      Pros

      They ask a lot of questions "to provide well suited candidates". They work extremely fast when delivering candidates - even when the quality is questionable.

      Cons

      Their idea of following up means calling as much as 7 times in one day for the same exact reason. They will constantly "follow up" to the point of actually disrupting work. They expect answers given to them right away. This is unacceptable as we are all professionals. Harassing people is not the way to get their business.

      Pros

      It was so productive and good learning experience to work with Ramy. I learned some of the hot technologies with them at no cost!! Very flexible with time off & travel. Accommodating with my family when we moved to east cost. Got super fast reimbursement for my expenses. Never had an issue with late salary Would love to work with them again.
