Pros
Eternally grateful for my time here. They love God and their people, so they will pour a ton into you. The company does not tolerate nonsense. The high level of expectation made me a better contributor to our team. If you show up with a good attitude to do your job, align with the company, and make life on your leader easier then you’ll have endless opportunity. They really follow through with the work life balance and are generous in giving you all your first year PTO after 90 days vs the accrual method. Ramsey Ed is a fantastic team with a great future ahead. The sales director and board member running the department believe in honest candor which I respected.
Cons
I took my job seriously and am proud to say I worked here… Now…I came across a few team members that made me think “there’s no conceivable way you did a skills interview…” the kind of folk that if they were your waiter and you asked for a Diet Coke they’d bring you an unsweetened Iced Tea. The worst part is you are often times stuck in a pointless meeting for an hour with these people. They often create a boatload of unnecessary drama. I believe the company will attract higher level talent with short term disability, dental and vision plans. Paternal leave for at least a week should be considered.
