If you're on board with the mission of the company, this place is tough to beat. The company culture is very unique. There are lots of company events like Battle of the Bands, a giant Christmas party, and company lunches that help keep everyone connected and motivated. The work is a healthy mix of challenging each other to grow while still keeping a good work/life balance. The leadership is highly intentional about keeping everyone engaged and happy. Leadership isn't there to hand out orders - they're there to remove blockers and serve the people they lead. There are tons of opportunities to step up and lead initiatives, especially in the area of data.
