Horrible organisation - Content Writer Ramoji Film City Employee Review

The organisation is an absolute terror! Authority is extremely sexist, mysoginistic and regressive. Women employees are not protected by strong or serious corporate laws. Multiple cases of harrasment happen but no action is taken ever and the HRs are the biggest proponents of such behavioural traits. No job security, senior male employees harrass junior female employees. And the salary is a huge joke! Absolute zero work-life balance and the work mentioned at the time of joining is not similar to what they make you do usually.
