Low pay for what you’re put through. Far too much work taken on and not enough time for everyone to do it so it was a high stress environment. Directors taking on last minute jobs making unrealistic promises to clients and making staff bend over backwards to work to their unrealistic timelines. Line managers weren’t allowed to line manage because directors went over their heads. Unfair pay and weren’t allowed to talk about pay between staff because pay wasn’t balanced. Directors shouting at staff in front of others. Personal conversations with directors shared across the office. There’s a CPD allowance but you have to fight to use it, directors very reluctant to send anyone on training. No work life balance
