Pros
You're on your own delivering packages and although some routes get heavy, if you just go with the flow, everything works out. Pay is around $18.50/hr and you work from 11am until you get done with the job(typically 6pm)
Cons
The job gets tiring if you don't have the energy, but you can take your time if you want. Calling off is not an option because they'll be missing a driver, so plan ahead if you want days off. Also, there is a monitoring system in the van that tracks driving and in vehicle movements that I don't like but it doesn't bother your evaluation if you don't drive reckless
