Ideas and creativity is killed to keep up their ego.Lot of weird things, you get it work from home only two days a week irrespective of kind of work you do which allows you to work from home more often. No transport and car lease facility. Business priorities keep changing. Employees are forced to attend all hands meetings from office. Emails sent to ensure the attendance Feels like we are back to school days.
