      Pros

      Rambus is a great place to work, with strong HR Policies, liberal perks and exceptionally good quality work environment and benefits unheard of in many big companies too!

      Cons

      While Rambus Inc is an embodiment of high level of quality the Indian arm is a big cry from it. Lots of Favoritism & Politics makes it a difficult place to work.

      Company is great if you prefer stagnant work culture Salary is comparably good, company's vision is great

      Cons

      Specific group is very pathetic and got polluted in last 2-3 years with no long term vision from market value of execution of projects
