Worst Company to work for - Anonymous employee Rambus Employee Review

Very arrogant managers. Too much micro management. Cant even escalate to HR. HR and managers are all close. So, escalation against manager will backfire against the employees. No clear road map . Manager keeps a watch on how much time you spend in cafetaria, if you go out for lunch and don't come back within an hour, you will repeatedly get calls asking for your whereabouts. Outside nobody knows what rambus does. After leaving this company, had a tough time telling my next employer and colleagues what my previous company(Rambus) is about :) .
