Cons
Some of the Managers are arrogant and they never listened to any employee ideas related work and some of the managers not qualified for the position and they don't know how to handle team issues as they never tried to solve team issues, instead of solving problem they created more problem in the team as Helpless manager. If it is comes to performance then crying baby gets milk irrespective of your last year contribution. Hectic work and managers expected to do night out for no reason. Mangers can't difference smooth execution of the design versus bad quality design with lot of goof up as some one does more night outs to complete project then he gets good reward.
