The only pro to this company is the fact there are benefits offered.
Cons
Absolute WORST treatment of employees I’ve ever seen, HR is practically non-existent, bare minimum pto, upper management does nothing but undermine their supervisors, treat employees that risk their lives climbing towers and leave their families for weeks at a time, like dirt and screw them out of money. They treat you like you’re expendable and leadership developed the motto “do more with less”, meaning less money but more production. Their benefits are astronomically costly and there is ZERO job security or advancement opportunities. Most likely will be closing their doors soon as the ones they haven’t laid off or fired are jumping instead of going down with this sinking ship. If I could give it a negative -10 review I would.
