Ok to work - Analyst Ram Air Engineering Employee Review

Ram Air Engineering's founder and president, Mark Moore, hired me to design and implement an online organic marketing campaign. He demonstrated a keen understanding of online marketing and followed with reasonable and achievable expectations. Given great latitude to decide which course of action was best to take.

Competitor information was not complete and old website was not relevant. Client performance and tracking program a bit archaic but also being overhauled.

At first they use to be a ethical company. They believed in integrity, reputation and doing things right. The owner has no management skills nor backbone, so I guess if you are the type of person looking for a free ride and a steady income (including car allowance and gas card) without having to work for it; this company is for you. Expect to get about 3 years of employment for doing nothing before being let go. And if you are rude to fellow employees or customers, that's ok too.

Ethics, morals and a simple understanding of the law and customer service by upper management does not exist. Company has gone from a stellar reputation and instead turned to greed..... If you stand up and point out their errors, you WILL be retaliated against.
