Not a pleasant place to work. - Customer Success Rallyest Employee Review

I worked at Rallyest for just a few months. Not a pleasant place to work. They have a closed-door mentality where Ideas/concerns are not listened to or heard. I was concerned there wasn’t an HR presence to protect employees against potential inappropriate behavior. There were a few situations where I felt uncomfortable being around the CEO. I’m glad I got out when I did.
