Poor management - Swarmer Rally (NC) Employee Review

Fun environment interacting with fellow staff and customers, some level of employee advancement if you want to take on event responsibilities.

Very inconsistent hours and sometimes the schedule would come out very last-minute. The management claims to promote a family atmosphere but they don’t take into account any of our concerns or issues. I was constantly raising concerns over how things could be done better or more efficiently and was never heard. If you’re having an off day physically there are not enough breaks or opportunities to sit down. Pay is very very low.

There is pickleball and the vibe is cool

There indeed post for the job stated bartenders will make 30-50 an hour but that is so far from the truth, even in the busy season I was making 6 to 15 an hour. Multiple employees also saw that the indeed post paying extremely well and found out as I did that it was bs.
