Pros

- Unlimited PTO - They'll work with you if you need to adjust your working hours to accommodate extracurriculars, seasonal schedules, etc. - Supportive & collaborative work environment - The company puts an emphasis on mental health and is super understanding - One of the most creative teams I've ever worked with; everyone brings something different to the table that you can truly learn from - The people are super approachable and genuine

Cons

- Given the unlimited PTO and hybrid schedule, it can get easy to blur the lines of work/home life, though that's more so a personal problem (me). Just make sure to communicate boundaries, and the team is good at respecting them. - Because it's an agency, it's super deadline-driven so time management is a must. - Their employee onboarding isn't the best but they've acknowledged it and are constantly working to improve it.

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working with Rally Marketing for the past year, and I can't say enough good things about them. From the moment we started working together, it was clear that Rally Marketing was on a different level. The team at Rally Marketing is exceptionally talented and creative. They took the time to understand our business, industry, and goals, and their marketing strategies have consistently exceeded our expectations. Our website traffic has increased significantly, our social media engagement is through the roof, and our ROI is outstanding. Communication with Rally Marketing has been flawless. They are responsive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our success. It's evident that they genuinely care about our business and its growth. What sets Rally Marketing apart is their dedication to results. They don't just promise great marketing; they deliver it. We've seen a remarkable increase in leads and conversions, and our brand awareness has skyrocketed. I highly recommend Rally Marketing to anyone in need of top-notch marketing services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them a true partner in our success. If you're considering working with a marketing agency, you won't find a better one than Rally Marketing. Five stars all the way!

Cons

Balancing Work and Life: With the flexibility of unlimited paid time off (PTO) and a hybrid schedule, it can sometimes become challenging to maintain clear boundaries between work and home life. However, I've found that managing this effectively largely depends on personal discipline. The key is to establish and communicate your boundaries, and I'm pleased to say that the team respects and honors them. Deadline-Driven Environment: Rally Marketing operates as an agency, which means it operates in a highly deadline-driven environment. Effective time management skills are crucial in this setting to ensure tasks are completed on time and with precision. Onboarding Process: While the initial employee onboarding experience at Rally Marketing may not be flawless, the company acknowledges this and is actively working on improvements. They are committed to refining the onboarding process to make it smoother and more beneficial for new team members.
