Terrible experience - Anonymous employee Rally Health Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Please know that I read every review, and look for the learnings' in each. I appreciate your suggestion that we train our managers prior to entrusting them with this responsibility. In fact, we've recently launched new manager Boot Camps intended to do just that. My experience of Rally is, as I'm sure you'd suspect, quite different that what you've conveyed but perception is reality and, as such, I respect your point of view.
