Pros
If you're a student, they will usually work around your schedule. You are usually given the days off that you request. Great way to make new friends with customers.
Cons
There are cliques. If management "likes" you, you will be treated great. If they don't, be prepared to work terrible shifts and less hours. New work schedules come out only 3 days before the new week starts. Makes it very hard to plan anything. Pay scale is terrible. Must work 1040 hours before a raise and it's usually less than 50 cents at a time.
