Pros
Flexible work schedule, ability to work from home one day a week, matching 401K, lots of energy and optimizing in the company, great leadership from an industry veteran SEO expert (Brendan Monahan), intense hands on experience with all levels of client acquisition and retention, friendly and non-combative work environment.
Cons
We focused almost all of our efforts on search engine optimization and getting our clients ranking better on Google, Yahoo and Bing, so the skills you learn here are very specialized. We did get to do other aspects of online marketing, such as Facebook ads, PPC and conversion rate optimization (CRO), but we didn't spend nearly as much of our focus on those compared to the SEO work we did.
